Analytics that respect
the people behind the clicks.
frapi.io gives you the numbers you actually use — pageviews, visitors, referrers, browsers, locations — without tracking anyone across the web.
- Free while in beta
- No credit card
- No cookies, ever
Up and running in 30 seconds
No SDKs to install, no consent banner to configure, no data pipeline to feed.
Add the snippet
Drop one ~2 KB <script> tag into your site. It loads async and never blocks your page.
Get a site code
A code is generated when you sign up. Put it in data-site and you're live.
Read your dashboard
Pageviews, visitors, referrers, browsers, systems, screen sizes and languages — from day one.
Privacy first
No cookies, no fingerprinting, no storing IP addresses or user agents. Just aggregate counts.
Tiny & fast
A single ~2 KB script that never blocks your page and works with any static site or framework.
No consent wall
Because we collect no personal data, there's no cookie banner to explain and no opt-in to chase.
Useful dashboard
Totals, trends, top pages, referrers, browsers, operating systems, screen sizes and languages.
All your sites
One dashboard for every site you run, with a quick 30-day overview of each.
API & exports
Pull your data with a JSON API or export everything to CSV. Your data is yours.
Two ways data gets in
frapi is deliberately simple: either a tiny script in your pages, or your own code talking to the API. Use one, or both — everything lands in the same dashboard.
Site snippet
A one-line script your visitors' browsers call on page load. Public, no auth, no cookies, no personal data sent.
<script data-frapi="https://frapi.io/frapi"
data-site="your-code"
data-frapi-fallback="https://frapi.io/count"
async src="https://frapi.io/frapi.js"></script>
Good for: blogs, docs, stores, marketing sites — anything with a browser frontend.
Server-side API
Send hits from your own code with an API token — batch pageviews, events, server logs and backfills.
POST /api/v0/count
Authorization: Bearer frapi_…
{ "hits": [ { "path": "/checkout" } ] }
Good for: server-rendered apps, cron jobs, log importers, custom event pipelines.
Built for a post-cookie web
You shouldn't need a consent banner just to know how many people read your page.
| Compared to | Traditional analytics | frapi.io |
|---|---|---|
| Tracking | Cross-site cookies | First-party counts |
| Consent | Banner + opt-in | Not needed |
| Visitors | IPs & device IDs | Salted daily hash |
| Fingerprinting | Common | Never |
| Your data | Locked in | JSON + CSV export |
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a consent banner or cookie notice?
No. frapi sets no tracking cookies and stores no personal data — no IPs, no user agents, no fingerprint. There is nothing to ask consent for, so there's no banner to ship.
What exactly gets stored?
For each pageview we keep the path, title, referrer, browser class, operating system, screen width and language. These are the inputs to your dashboard — nothing more.
Is it really unlimited during beta?
Yes — every feature, every site, unlimited pageviews. When billing launches, the free plan stays free and early accounts keep everything at their current price.
Can I export my data?
Always. Pull any date range through the JSON API or export raw hits to CSV. Your data is yours to take.
Does the snippet slow my site down?
No. The script loads async, weighs about 2 KB, and reports via sendBeacon
with an image fallback — it can't block your page.
