Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using frapi.io (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done through your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Collect personal data about identifiable individuals through the tracking snippet,
- Send abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent traffic, or deploy the tracker on content that is illegal,
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or breach the Service, its infrastructure, or other accounts,
- Resell the Service without written permission.
4. Your data
You own the analytics data you collect through the Service. We act only as a processor of that data and use it solely to provide the Service. The Service is designed to collect aggregate, non-personal data; the privacy behaviour described in the Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.
5. Availability
We aim for the Service to be fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Billing and payments
The Service is free during beta. If paid plans are introduced, you will be able to choose, upgrade, or cancel before being charged, and the free tier will remain free for existing accounts at the pricing announced at that time.
7. Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may export your data before termination.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, frapi.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
